1. Customisation: Each watch is unique and By purchasing a custom watch, you understand and accept that each watch is individually crafted and may vary slightly from the product images on our website.

2. Affiliation: we are a group of independent hobbyists and are in no way affiliated with any of the brands featured on our website. Our customisations are our own and do not represent these brands.

3. Warranty: Customising a watch will void the original manufacturer’s warranty. however, each watch is thoroughly tested before dispatch and we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to providing you with a watch you’ll wear and love.

4. Assistance: While we do not offer any warranty, we are always here to help. If you encounter any issues with your watch, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price is final and will not change.

Payment: full Payment for your custom watch is due at the time of order. in some cases, we may require a small upfront deposit. this deposit will not be refunded and will instead be deducted from the final cost of the watch. We accept various forms of payment, as listed on our website. all payments are handled securely by our payment processors, stripe and/or paypal. please refer to their terms and conditions for more information. pura customs does not collect or store your payment details.

7. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is your proof of purchase and should be kept for your records.

8. Shipping and returns: we offer free worldwide shipping on all products, however we are not responsible for paying any local customs fees for your country. please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.

9. Delivery: in most cases, the watch will be delivered within 7-10 working days after date of dispatch, however please note that actual delivery times may vary due the logistics of international shipping and local customs processes which are out of our control.

10. Returns: Due to the custom nature of our watches, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchange or change orders. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and finalise your decision before placing an order.
