  • our customisation services are not related to a specific brand, however there may be limitations as to which watches can be oil-filled. our most popular customisation requests are for digital watches from brands such as Casio and Timex, however we are not associated or affilated with them in any manner.

  • it is a process where the air inside the watch is replaced with oil, enhancing the watch’s aesthetic and underwater visibility.

  • we are in the process of getting a number of watches professionally tested so we can give a definitive figure.

  • within reason, yes. we have an incredibly wide range of colours to choose from. we may suggest against using some darker colours as they can affect screen legibility and prevent you from seeing the time.

  • the time it takes to customise a watch can vary depending on the complexity of the design. we strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible, however please bear in mind that we have a comprehensive end-to-end process to follow with each customer. we strictly adhere to our waiting list before we can fulfil each order.

  • each watch will be shipped using a UK or global tracked service. please note any additional customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • due to the custom nature of our watches, we are unable to offer returns.

  • no, our pricing is heavily dependent on the time it takes to customise each watch. due to the intricate nature of the customisation process, we are unable to offer bulk discounts at this stage.

  • yes, all watches that we customise are genuine and purchased brand new from reputable retailers.

  • no. we only customise brand new watches due to the intricacies and risks involved in the oil-filling process.

  • we focus on modifying and upgrading watches with the sole intent of maximising their lifespan and reducing electronic waste. we also actively reduce our carbon footprint by ensuring each watch is packed and shipped in a slim, lightweight parcel, and we ensure all original manufacturer packaging and documentation from the base watches is fully recycled.

  • wear it and regularly wash it with mild soapy water and a microfiber towel.

  • our long term experience in customising watches gives us confidence in saying that the battery life will exceed manufacturer estimations, but will depend on your usage. please message us to confirm the battery life for the exact model of watch before ordering.

  • the oil can be fully drained and battery changed like a normal watch when the time arises. alternatively, the battery change can be conducted in a bowl of pura nanofluid to retain water resistance.

  • because our timepieces are customised to order, changes can only be made within the first 12 hours after purchase before assembly begins.

  • our custom watches will comfortably fit standard wrist sizes out of the box. if you have specific sizing concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

    some models with stainless straps may need to be adjusted with a tool or at a professional watchsmith

  • each watch is thoroughly tested before dispatch. if your watch arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • we operate strictly online, allowing us to drop limited editions and custom creations to a global community from our workshop.

  • for any oil filled watches, tiny particles and/or micro bubbles are completely normal and necessary to allow the internal fluid to circulate and safely expand and contract with temperature shifts.
