each custom watch undergoes a meticulous, multi-phase qc protocol involving rigorous multi-day submersion and dynamic pressure and articulation testing in our workshop prior to dispatch. this guarantees absolute pressure equilibrium within the chassis, verifying that the nanofluid is stabilised and the build is hermetically sealed and ready for life's adventures.
each watch is uniquely custom-built by hand, meaning minor organic discrepancies may exist. in nanofluid modifications, viewing up (extremely) close may occasionally reveal micro-bubbles or floating titanium nanoparticles. while we work to ensure photographic accuracy, physical colours vary across shifting environments; furthermore, darker lens choices can slightly affect LCD elements and original LED illumination clarity. we highly recommend choosing pura nanofluid™ for enhanced clarity and component longevity, but please note that this option may soften the active alarm volume and LED light intensity on specific references.
because our items are custom modified to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and the original manufacturer’s warranty is completely voided. while the experimental nature of custom liquid engineering prevents us from offering traditional rigid retail guarantees, we are confident in our product and pride ourselves heavily on exceptional customer support. in the very rare event a fault presents itself despite our rigorous qc protocols, we promise to thoroughly evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the service you deserve.

order placed
your custom build configuration enters our system. within 24-48 hours, we create an internal blueprint, order a new watch, a new battery and any other necessary components. you then receive an automated acknowledgement broadcast as soon as assembly materials are locked.

customisation
the watch is carefully disassembled down to its base components. during this phase, we verify the authenticity and structural integrity of the casing before any custom modifications begin. once assembled, we conduct a voltage test and install a new battery to guarantee optimal power calibration and longevity.

qc testing
every piece undergoes rigorous quality benchmarks. we conduct hydrodynamic and thermal stress testing under active button articulation, perform an extended static submersion to verify sealing integrity, monitor time-drift deviations over 48 hours, and inspect display clarity under intense light environments before dispatch.

dispatch
once dispatched, international transit typically takes an estimated 7–10 business days, depending on seasonal volume and local customs processing. please note that any regional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
